We need more knowledge and solutions in the ever changing landscape of healthcare IT. It is this necessity which shapes eHealth Week, an essential Pan-European conference for the healthcare industry.
eHealth Week 2013 combines two main events: the high level eHealth conference, co-organised by the European Commission and the Irish Presidency of the Council of the European Union, and the World of Health IT Conference & Exhibition (WoHIT) organised by HIMSS Europe.
The event not only brings together industry partners and providers from across Europe, but also important government and regional decision makers, both from Europe as the US.
“Ireland is engaging in a major health reform process over the next number of years and ehealth and ICT will play a critical role. This will be a great opportunity to learn and share experiences from those leading in the field.” - Kevin Conlon, Head of ICT, Irish Department of Health
