The cross-border, EU-funded initiative eHealth Hub supports European eHealth SMEs through all kinds of services. One of them is bringing SMEs together with demand-side stakeholders (health care providers, insurers, pharma and medtech companies). A first call for SMEs has been launched.

EU eHealth Hub

The Solution Match service of the eHealth Hub project specifically focuses on engaging demand-side stakeholders (health and care providers, insurers, pharma and medtech companies) and accelerating commercialization by outsourcing the scouting and filtering for relevant digital health solutions.

Call for SMEs: Monitoring chronic patients from their homes

Hospital Bernal in Spain is looking for a digital health solution to remotely monitor low-complexity chronic patients from their homes.

Those patients are typically elderly people, physically and mentally well enough to live alone at home but presenting one or several chronic conditions that would require regular or continuous monitoring. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) and diabetes are the most common conditions among these patients that Hospital Bernal would like to monitor. Deadline to apply: 16 February 2017.
