  • 16:00-17:30: Digital Innovation Hubs now and in future: the session will take stock of progress made on DIHs and discuss the way forward in the framework of the next MFF, in particular the Digital Europe Programme. SMEs and industry in general, RTOs, DIHs and policy-makers from all around Europe are invited to participate in the discussion.
  • 17:00-17:45: TETRAMAX technology transfer project session for low-energy computing: Learn about opportunities for technology transfer between industry and academia in the framework of the EU-funded project TETRAMAX. The focus is on low-energy computing for Internet of Things and cyber-physical systems.
  • 17:00-17:45: Work Programme session Smart Anything Everywhere: Learn all you need to know to apply for the call DT-ICT-01-2019, which will help widen the European network of Digital Innovation Hubs through different projects.

  • 16:30-17:15: Digital Innovation Hubs: The Way Forward: EURobotics organises a networking session to encourage the establishment of a strong network of DIHs in the field of robotics across sectors and cross cutting areas such as Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Big Data Analytics, 5G, and end-users.
  • 16:30-17:15: From experiment to market: SAE & I4MS support in cascade funding:  I4MS and SAE are European initiatives that support SMEs and midcaps in their digital transformation with the help of DIHs. They do it mainly through financial support to third parties (FSTP) or cascade funding. You can learn all about it in this networking session.

About ICT 2018

ICT 2018 will take place in Vienna on 4-6 December 2018. This is the key research and innovation event organised by the European Commission and it will focus on the European Union’s priorities in the digital transformation of society and industry. It includes a conference on digital research and innovation policies, an exhibition of EU-funded research and innovation projects in the field of ICT, a series of networking activities and an innovation and startups village to showcase European entrepreneurship.
