The European Week of Regions and Cities (#EURegionsWeek) is the biggest annual Brussels-based event dedicated to regional policy. This year, the 500 sessions will be fully in digital format and spread over three consecutive weeks in October, each dedicated to one specific topic:

  • 5-9 October: Empowering Citizens,
  • 12-16 October: Cohesion and cooperation,
  • 19-22 October: Green Europe, in cooperation with the Green Week.

Particularly relevant on digital transformation of cities, regions and all communities:

Both sessions are highly relevant to the Commission’s ambition of pursuing a twin digital and green transformation as well as to ensuring that the digital transformation of our cities follow the European Way.
