Call for project proposals under the 2015 work plan of the 3rd Health Programme

•   Closing: 15 September 2015

€9 million in funding is available for projects that deal with reducing harmful alcohol use, viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, transplantation therapies and implementing and scaling up of good practices in integrated care, frailty prevention, adherence to medical plans and age-friendly communities.
