The next edition of the stakeholders' dialogue, entitled "Go Digital: how to put European works in the spotlight" will be an opportunity to work on solutions for the film industry's imminent challenges in a digital era.

The European Film Forum at Berlinale will feature speeches and panel discussions dedicated to new solutions and services to increase access to European audiovisual content across Europe. Journalist Jacki Davis will moderate the event.

Following the welcome note by Roberto Viola, Director General at DG CNECT (European Commission), Commissioner for Digital Economy and Society Günther H. Oettinger will address the audience in a keynote speech. Domenico la Porta, film journalist at Cineuropa will subsequently interview film director Annette K.Olesen (Minor Mishaps, In Your Hands, Little Soldier).

The first discussion will focus on the promotion of European works Panellists include Peter Dinges (President of the European Film Agency Directors), Adrien Labastire (Golden Moustache - Groupe M6), Rikke Ennis (CEO of TrustNordisk) and Rebecca O'Brien, producer and production manager.

The second discussion will explore new possibilities to access and watch European audiovisual works. Alexandra Poch (European Observatory on Infringements of Intellectual Property Rights), Claus Bülow Christensen (Director of Research & Development Zibra Digital Media Group) and Ingke Weimert (Co-Founder and CRO at JustWatch) will join the discussion.

Both topics will be introduced by Martin Kanzler, film industry analyst at the European Audiovisual Observatory.
