The Commission and INEA staff will explain the CEF Telecom policy background and the evaluation process and award criteria, and will also provide tips on how to submit a successful application. Participants can send their questions by email in advance or during the event to INEA-CEF-Telecoms-Infoday@ec.europa.eu. Questions received before and during the event will be answered immediately, and written replies will be available on the FAQ page after the event. - eHealth – EUR 5 million to improve cross-border healthcare access and services using ICT tools
- eProcurement – EUR 3 million for services enabling EU companies to respond to public procurement procedures from contracting entities in any Member States
- European e-Justice Portal – EUR 4 million to ensure that citizens and businesses can reap the benefits of e-Justice tools
- Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) – EUR 0.4 million for solving disputes between consumers and traders arising from online cross-border and domestic purchases
CEF Telecom funding is dedicated to Digital Service Infrastructures (DSIs) delivering networked cross-border services for citizens, businesses and public administrations. Supported projects will contribute to improving the competitiveness of the European economy, promoting the interconnection and interoperability of national, regional and local networks and access to these networks, thus supporting the development of a Digital Single Market. CEF Telecom has an overall budget of €1.04 billion (2014-2020).
