I would like to know how to configure multiple locations for incoming and outgoing file to be send with the Domibus file plugin. For example i've got this (fileshare) location:
\\domibus\messages\in → incoming messages to be picked up by backend (C4)
\\domibus\messages\out → outgoing messages to be send to Partners (C2 → C3)
fsplugin.messages.localtion=file:///domibus/Messages

Answer
Note that filestore is the \\domibus\messages folder in you case. You can have as many SOMEDOMAIN folders as needed (SOMEDOMAIN1, SOMEDOMAIN2 etc...) for your multiple locations purpose.
