• eDelivery 2.0 profiles:
  
  • Preparation for June Interoperability Event, where the proposed specifications will be tested, underway.
    
• Domibus 5.1.4 bug fix release, including the fixes implemented in 5.0.8, was released on the 13 May 2024.
• Domibus 5.1.5 and 5.0.9 bug/security fix releases are planned for 17 Jun 2024  and 27 Jun 2024.
• Domibus new documentation framework (doc as code) and visual presentation launched with Domibus 5.0.8 release and will be the new approach for all new Domibus releases.
• eDelivery Conformance Testing service: Implementation of tests for most of the missing eDelivery AS4 1.15 profile enhancements (optional parts) for conformance testing underway, to be launched in July 2024.

• Guidance documentation, registration and data collection EU Surveys prepared and shared for the Interoperability Events scheduled for 11 Jun 2024 and 25 Jun 2024.
• Domibus PoC implementing the new specifications prepared for use during the event.
• PoC validation tool of the new specifications prepared; to be shared with participants.

Software product: Domibus

• Domibus 5.1.4 bug fix release, including the fixes implemented in 5.0.8, was released on the 13 May 2024.
• Domibus 5.1.5 and 5.0.9 bug/security fix releases are planned for 17 Jun 2024  and 27 Jun 2024. Main drivers for both these releases are:
  • Vulnerability assessment received from the EP and the OWASP third party library vulnerability analysis process.
  • Bug affecting the Domibus admin console in specific contexts.
• Domibus new documentation framework (doc as code)
  • In production, initially with Domibus 5.0.8 release, and now with all the following Domibus versions.

Software product: DomiSMP

• DomiSMP 5.1 RC development activities are ongoing.

Software product: DomiSML

• DomiSML 4.3 Vulnerability Assessment Report, 2nd version of the report was received and analyzed. Minor corrective actions have been defined and assigned to the next planned version.
• DomiSML 5.0 RC planned to be started on the 25 Oct 2024.
  

Software product: eDelivery Conformance Testing Platform / Service: Conformance Testing Service

• eDelivery AS4 1.15 profile enhancements conformance testing implementation:
  • Implementation of test cases for the Dynamic Sender profile enhancement ongoing
• Ongoing support being provided to the SW vendors testing their AS4 solutions.
• SMP conformance testing: Support and troubleshooting of SW vendor conf testing activities (Minder platform)
• Preparations for a bug fix release of the platform is ongoing, it will include the deployment of the PKI path and ENTSOG profile enhancements and several minor bug fixes.

• A meeting with a delegation from Singapore, leading the SML Federation work in Peppol, took place on 27 May 2024. Given the scope of the exercise underway, an estimate of 18+ months was mentioned for the end of the pilot.
• In the meantime, an alternative plan for insourcing the SML Service in Peppol as it is is under discussion.

Incident Management

SMT - Workload Details

The volume of opened and handled SMT tickets decreased slightly in February compared to the month before, but not significantly.  The peak of requests in January and February 2023 is due to the large number of renew/issuing of PKI Certificates as the deadline to renew PKI certificates from T-Systems to CommisSign was the 31/01/2023. In February 2024, there were a lot of questions from users on Domibus migration, the FS plugin usage, Docker versions available for Domibus, AS4 connectivity test requests, etc.

Email Interaction

For eDelivery, received mails were related to:

• Requests for AS4 connectivity test with SHAOKE (Chinese logistics company), Everysite
• eDelivery conformance tests: ongoing tests on new platform for OpenTunnel, OpenText and Harmony successfully passed the tests (OpenText on the ‘old’ platform, Harmony on the ‘new’ GITB) and their solution was published on the AS4 conformant solution page on Digital website.
• Answers for the “Public Consultations on eDelivery AS4 profile 2.0 and eDelivery SMP profile 2.0”
• Questions from users: Domibus (Domibus 5.1.1 upgrade issues with JMS plugin, Domibus 5.1.2 and active MQ Broker, WS plugin behaviour, Docker questions, Domibus 5.1.2 and case sensitivity in ListPendingMessages, Domibus migration to 5.0.6 (EUCEG), certificate and elliptic curve, multitenancy and FS plugin), SML/SMP (SMP/SMK certificate update/renewal), PKI certificates (UDB, EUCEG, DECIDE, CixP, PCN), TAPAS (ICS2 connectivity test assistance requests (re-directed to the National service desks), onboarding request forwarded to National Helpdesk), followup of issues raised to Oracle support)
• There was a total of 744 emails in the FMB. We have removed 59 emails for SML Inconsistency, 16 alerts, 120 xmatters and 9 emails from PKI CommisSign from the count, which makes a total of 540 received mails for the reporting month.

PKI

In February 2024, 5 certificates were issued: 1 ECDB, 1 PCN, 2 DECIDE (European Council), 1 UDB.

SML – Availability

The achieved availability for SML1 was within the target for the month of February.
