It includes an introduction to the use case and the user journey, the state of play of the use case development, as well as references to the relevant technical specifications and infrastructures, legislation, and governance structures.</p>
<p>The use case manual is not intended to contain full detailed technical specifications for the use case. However, where such specifications are available, links to relevant resources will be provided.</p>
