We are currently using Wildfly and would like to provide feedback regarding its phase-out. Our concerns are as follows:

Since we have to replace this product, we kindly ask you to suggest the most chosen alternative by the other EU’s Member States in order to be part of a coherent scenario.

Feedback on WildFly support in Domibus

As announced, you can plan your transition away from WildFly in the next 2 years, the phaseout of support is not imminent. Domibus 5.2 will still support WildFly for two years after its release, so until circa Q2 2027.


As of the version after 5.2, the only other two application servers that Domibus will support are Apache Tomcat and WebLogic.


We do not have an overview of EU Member States operational choices, but the following table provides some elements of comparison, especially highlighting those that are more relevant for a Domibus installation:
