3.6.1. Introduction

In this chapter, the Interfaces of the Common Services, necessary for the proper execution of queries and lifecycle management are described. The Common Services of the OOTS provide machine-to-machine Interfaces both for querying and data lifecycle management of the Data Service Directory and the Evidence Broker. This section specifies the normative common part of these interfaces using the OASIS Regrep 4.0 standard. Services implementing these interfaces MUST adhere to the following interface specifications. The specifications are divided into the following parts:

• The Query Interface Specification describes the REST binding that is used to implement the query interfaces of the Common Services.
• The Lifecycle Management Specification describes the object submission to the Common Services based on eDelivery for secure and reliable messaging.
