SMT - workload details
The number of handled, opened and resolved SNOW tickets is stable since few month. The increase of SNOW tickets starting in July 2024 can be explained mainly because of eDelivery PKI Certificates that are expiring and need to be issued. Questions from users are questions on Docker, Domibus migration (database migration issues and others), plugins, conformance and connectivity tests requests and questions, questions on Domibus/DomiSMP etc.

- Invitation to Feature Domibus, DomiSMP, DomiSML in the DSSC Toolbox (Data Spaces Support Centre)

- There was a total of 852 emails in the FMB. We have removed 92 emails for SML Inconsistency, 68 alerts, and 150 emails from PKI CommisSign from the count, which makes a total of 542 received mails for the reporting month.

- eDelivery conformance tests: deployment of patch 2 by SO/TO, Opentunnel resumed conformance tests after patch 2 release, IPWorks EDI (testing of ENTSOG and additional profile enhancements), new version of Harmony, Axway 1.15, Eufex Deutschland GmbH request for AS4 conformance test resumed conformance testing with patch 2 release (product is eConnect Europe)
- Questions from users: Domibus (alerts configuration in Domibus, using Domibus to meet ETSI requirements on ERDS, Docker, issue with Oracle after upgrade to Domibus 5.1.7 (Domibus generates exceptions), MySQL db and CPU usage, post messages with REST API, etc.), SML/SMP (SMP/SMK certificate update/renewal, participant registration), PKI certificates (UDB, CiXP, IRI, EPREL, PCN, BRIS, EUDAMED, ECDB), TAPAS (ICS2 connectivity test assistance requests, purging of messages, CXF library upgrade included in the latest patch 5.0.8-PATCH-EA-PULL-CXF, etc.)
- There was a total of 596 emails in the FMB. We have removed 84 emails for SML Inconsistency, 10 alerts, and 47 emails from PKI CommisSign from the count, which makes a total of 455 received mails for the reporting month.

In January 2025, 43 PKI certificates were Issued: 5 SE-DIGG, 1 TACHONET, 1OOTS, 4 PCN, 9 ECDB, 13 CiXP, 3 EUDAMED, 1 BRIS and 7 EPREL.
In February 2025, 15 PKI certificates were issued: 1 OOTS, 2 DECIDE, 1 PCN, 1 ECDB, 3 CiXP, 5 EUDAMEDand 2 EPREL.
