The Once-Only Technical System (OOTS) Operational Governance sub-group kicked off its work in October 2022. It aims at defining the operational arrangements for the Once-Only domain, the elements of the Once-Only Technical System maintained by the European Commission, namely the Evidence Broker, Data Services Directory, Semantics Repository and eDelivery Access Points. The sub-group facilitates discussions on the OOTS operational governance roadmap and helping EU Member States implement operational arrangements.

To fulfil these objectives, the sub-group is organising regular meetings with national experts to discuss the methodology used for defining the initial set of operational arrangements and service level agreements, their scope and structure, and, finally, to review and exchange comments on the draft operational arrangements and service level agreements.

Currently, the operational arrangements defined for the Once-Only Technical System are being drafted by a dedicated team in the European Commission and are being reviewed by the experts involved in the sub-group. The timely reviews of the operational arrangements by the relevant national experts are crucial to stay in line with the implementation deadlines of the Once-Only Technical System project.

You can keep up to date with the implementation of the Once-Only Technical System on the Once-Only Hub.
