<p class="ans-txt">Member States willhave the choice to offer the walletwallets to their citizens and residents at the national level directly themselves, or to mandate another organisation with provision or recognise an independent provider. Everyone will be able to download, install and use the EU Digital Identity WalletWallets on their personal mobile phone or device. Member States can make use of existing national digital eID schemes to facilitate registering citizens for the walletwallets (with the help of additional security measures where necessary).</p>
