Participants will be selected for the EAP based on the defined evaluation. The programme will assess each project's ambition, scope, and maturity of the plan. The ambition will be evaluated based on whether the project aims to deliver a pilot or service, if it is cross-border, and if it commits to interoperability with other member states. The scope will be assessed by evaluating if the project aligns with the supported use case families and domains. Maturity of the plan will be evaluated based on whether the project is ready to deliver according to its ambitions by the end of a given wave, including identifying and mobilizing actors for exchanging VCs, defining capabilities required for VC exchange, and identifying IT service providers. The EBSI EA programme reserves the right to disqualify any application that does not meet these criteria or is not compatible with the requirements. |
