<p>The<p>This focus group for citizens will be anorganised onsitefor event gathering a small group of up to 15 citizens, whoincluding livestudents, inand arecent differentgraduates, EUand Memberyou Statewill thanbe their country of origin, able to understandshare theiryour experienceexperiences with theadministrative procedures that they undergo when regarding moving and/or studying abroad., Furthermore,test the focus group participants will test the Once-Only Technical System (OOTS) firsthand OOTS first-hand to see how it can make your life easier in these types of procedures, and provide insights and recommendations to improve the OOTS user experience.</p>
