<h2 class="h3">Description</h2>

<p>The focus group for citizens will be an onsite event gathering a small group of up to 15 citizens who live in a different EU Member State than their country of origin, to understand their experience with the procedures that they undergo when moving or studying abroad. Furthermore, the focus group participants will test the Once-Only Technical System (OOTS) firsthand and provide insights and recommendations to improve the OOTS user experience.</p>
