Straight through processing - how does it relate to public procurement - this could be an issue to have automatic approval processes in some administrations?It depends on the country and its legal constraints - (Example from Sweden: it's imporant to have a process in place for approving the rules for automatic matching. For order-matched invoices, the order is approved and the delivery is approved. Then the invoice can be automatically accepted if it matches. For thresholds for phone subscriptions or rental invoices, the max/min rules need to be approved before hand. But if the invoice falls within the threshold the invoice is automatically matched.
