Cause
This typically occurs when an AS4 message that has "party to" defined as blue, for instance, is sent to an Access Point with the same party name (blue in this case).
Workaround/Fix
Make sure that the details in the Pmode files are correct and that the details within the client are correctly specified (IP addresses, port numbers etc,.).
