Dear EMSFEI members,
At the last EMSFEI meeting held on 21 October 2016, a dedicated breakout session on its future mandate was held. As you are aware, the current European Multi-Stakeholder Forum on eInvoicing (EMSFEI) mandate is coming to an end, with its last meeting, in its existing form, to be held in March 2017.Therefore, we cordially warmly invite you to play an active role in the definition of the future mandate of this forum. Your views on what its future needs are and what role it should play would be highly appreciated as a pre-launch activity over the next few months. This will help the European Commission to better shape the future of the EMSFEI and its actions for the next few years.
The EMSFEI brings together stakeholders from national e-invoicing forums and from the user side of the market. Its objective is to help pave the way for a broad-scale adoption of e-invoicing at national and EU-level. The Forum provides a unique opportunity to exchange experiences and best practice across borders. It also discusses issues of common interest and may issue recommendations to the Commission.
