We invite you to be part of the CEF eDelivery & eInvoicing Stakeholder Days, which are to be held on 29 November – 1 December 2016 at Centre Albert Borschette (Rue Froissart 36, 1049 Brussels).

CEF eDelivery Infrastructure Day
Tuesday, 29 November 2016

The CEF eDelivery Infrastructure Day will demonstrate how CEF can help users set up their eDelivery infrastructures. Case studies from eDelivery implementations in the Netherlands, Norway and Germany will be presented. The interactive afternoon sessions will focus on Message Exchange, the Discovery & Security Models linking to the eIDAS Electronic Registered Delivery Service and CEF eDelivery.

The CEF eDelivery Industry Day's  focus is to discuss what is currently missing to create an eDelivery market in the context of the Digital Single Market. Software vendors that have passed the conformance testing will present their experiences and a conformance testing exercise workshop will take place in the afternoon session.

The CEF eInvoicing Stakeholder Day's aim is to provide an update on the policy and support activities, namely the eInvoicing Readiness Checker and the study results on the "State of play of B2G eInvoicing in public procurement". 

Networking cocktails

In addition to an action-packed agenda, CEF Digital will host networking cocktails on Wednesday 30th November and Thursday 1st December. In addition to roundtables, panel discussions and talks, these networking cocktails will allow for informal discussions on the future of eDelivery & eInvoicing and how we can Connect Europe, together. We look forward to seeing you there!

ESV is a PEPPOL authority. He is a board member of the Swedish E-business Alliance (NEA) and of Single Face To Industry (SFTI). Since 2011 he is representing Sweden in EMSFEI. In 2007-2008 he was the project manager for the coordinated implementation of e-invoicing in all central government agencies in Sweden.</p>

He is an expert for formats and supply chain management at the VeR, the E-Invoice Alliance Germany and work in the e-business group at DIN, German Industry Norm. He is project manager at the United Nations Center for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business (UN/CEFACT) and is leading the project Supply Chain Reference Data Model (SCRDM) the basis of the Cross-Industry-invoice (CII) of UN/CEFACT. Rolf represents the German delegation of FeRD at the French-German expert workshops on electronic invoicing - hybrid invoice - with the French Forum National de la Facture Electronique (FNFE) supporting the governments initiative on the international standardization and harmonization of eInvoicing processes.</p>

Jörg Apitzsch
Jörg Apitzsch is Senior IT Architect and Consultant at Governikus KG, the leading German provider for e-Government infrastructure solutions. He is an expert in the areas of eDelivery, eSignature, eID, security and trust. Since 2008, he is also engaged in various Large Scale Pilots (LSPs). He is the lead architect on Security Trust Models for eSENS. Jörg is also editor and co-author of eDelivery-related specifications in Germany and at ETSI ESI.

Gábor Bartha
Gábor Bartha works for the eIDAS Legislation Task Force at Directorate General Communications Networks, Content and Technology (CONNECT). He is responsible for legal aspects of electronic identification. Previously he worked in DG Competition on antitrust cases. A Hungarian lawyer by training, before coming to Brussels, he worked in Bogsch and Partners Law Firm in Budapest dealing with business law.

Andrea Caccia
Andrea Caccia is a member of the European Multi-Stakeholder Forum on Electronic Invoicing (European Commission Expert Group). He is the Chair of CEN/TC 434 on electronic invoicing, member of CEN/TC 434 on public procurement and CEN/TC 445 on digital information exchange in the insurance sector. Andrea is also member of ETSI/ESI (Electronic Signatures and Infrastructures), CEN/TC 224/WG 17 (Protection Profiles in the context of signature creation devices). André Hoddevik is Head of e-procurement unit in the Department for public procurement in the Norwegian Agency for Public Management and eGovernment (Difi) and Secretary General in OpenPEPPOL AISBL. He was the Project Director of the Pan-European Public Procurement Online (PEPPOL) project 2008-2012. He is member of the European Commission Multi-Stakeholder Expert Group on eProcurement (EXEP) and Multi-Stakeholder Forum on eInvoicing (EMSFEI). Robert Krimmer
Prof. Dr. Robert Krimmer is Full Professor of e-Governance within Ragnar Nurkse School of Innovation and Governance at the Faculty of Social Science, Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia. Robert’s research focuses on electronic participation and democracy, as well as e-voting, the transformation of the public sector, and all issues further developing a digital society. Robert is also Associate Editor of the international scientific journal Government Information Quarterly (GIQ), where he is in charge of participation issues. He is currently member of the group of experts to the Council of Europe Ad-Hoc Committee on Electronic Voting (CAHVE) which is currently updating its recommendation on legal, technical and operational standards for Electronic Voting Rec(2004)11. Also, he was one of the lead experts for the Council of Europe Ad-Hoc Committee on Electronic Democracy and drafted Annex 1 of the CoE Recommendation (2009) on e-Democracy. Natalie Nickel
Natalie Nickel is working for the Ministry of Justice of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, since 2010 and was the project technical coordinator of the e-CODEX project (e-Justice Communication via Online Data EXchange), which focused on improving access to justice across Europe by enabling the secure pan-European electronic exchange of procedural documents. Since April 2013, she is also part of the project administration team of the e-SENS project (Electronic Simple European Networked Services). Peter Norén is a head of Unit at the Swedish Financial Management Authority (ESV) with responsibility for the implementation of e-procurement (ordering and invoicing) in Swedish government and also the sourcing of enterprise applications for central government. ESV is a PEPPOL authority. He is a board member of the Swedish E-business Alliance (NEA) and of Single Face To Industry (SFTI). Since 2011, he is representing Sweden in EMSFEI. Tim Nowosadtko
Tim Nowosadtko is working for Information und Technik NRW (IT.NRW, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany), since 2008. Carsten Schmidt

Rolf Wessel
Rolf Wessel is currently product manager at SEEBURGER focusing on eInvoicing software applications and services, such as sending, receiving, processing invoices, integration in SAP and other ERP systems. Rolf is involved in the hybrid invoice format ZUGFeRD at the FeRD (forum on electronic invoicing in Germany). He is an expert for formats and supply chain management at the VeR, the E-Invoice Alliance Germany and work in the e-business group at DIN, German Industry Norm. He is project manager at the United Nations Center for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business (UN/CEFACT) and is leading the project Supply Chain Reference Data Model (SCRDM) the basis of the Cross-Industry-invoice (CII) of UN/CEFACT. Rolf represents the German delegation of FeRD at the French-German expert workshops on electronic invoicing - hybrid invoice - with the French Forum National de la Facture Electronique (FNFE) supporting the governments initiative on the international standardization and harmonization of eInvoicing processes.
