Dear EMSFEI members,

At the latest EMSFEI meeting held on  we provided you with an update of the main outcomes of the 2016 'State of play of B2G eInvoicing in public procurement' that is currently in the final stages of being approved by the European Commission. As part of this analysis, 12 high-level 'country sheets' have been created. You have been asked to review and modify these country sheets to prepare for a dedicated agenda slot in the last EMSFEI meeting.

Since we are now preparing the approach for the 2017 Study on the 'State of play of B2G eInvoicing in public procurement', we kindly ask you to provide your views and ideas to the upcoming 2017 Study by completing the forms below or by posting comments directly in the comments section.

Please note that this request should support you for the agenda point of the CEF eInvoicing Stakeholder Day to be held on  during the dedicated afternoon workshop session. The purpose of this workshop will be to suggest ideas to expand on the information currently available for each country sheet and identify the broadest range of stakeholders to inform about getting prepared for the upcoming European Standard on eInvoicing.

  1. Is there any legal basis on eInvoicing (mandatory use) in the different European countries?
  2. How is eInvoicing organised in each country (at national, regional and local levels)?
  3. Which are the organisations responsible for the implementation of eInvoicing in each country?

  5. Is there any eInvoicing platform provided to public administrations?
