The OMB Rules of Procedure displayed below were developed under CEF and are not mandatory under DEP. They can serve as optional guidance for the work of the OMB under DEP.
The DSI Operational Management Board (OMB) (DSI implementation layer) aims to ensure that the Commission leads the implementation process of the DSIs with the advice of the Member States and to ensure that the private sector, user organisations and standardisation bodies play an advisory role.
