Parameters:

downloadCacheInfo - DownloadInfoRecord a download cache result

parsingCacheInfo - ParsingInfoRecord a parsing cache result

validationCacheInfo - ValidationInfoRecord a validation cache result

url - String address used to extract the entry

certificates - map between CertificateToken and CertificatePivotStatus map between certificates and their statuses in the current pivot

lotlLocation - String the associated with the pivot LOTL location
