Dr. Dorothea Mastrangelo has served in technology management leadership roles for over thirty years leading the design and development of major Information Technology (IT) architectures, capabilities and research efforts in support of the U.S. Federal Government and industry. Dr. Mastrangelo recently retired as a senior executive from The MITRE Corporation, a $1.3B not-for-profit advising the Federal Government on their effective use of IT. Her expertise includes design and development of large-scale information systems, innovation strategies, social network analysis, business analytics, and enterprise IT, Science &Technology (S&T) and innovation to increase business effectiveness and efficacy of the workforce.
Dr. Mastrangelo has Bachelor of Science degrees in Math and Computer Sciences, Masters of Science degree in Systems Management, and a doctorate in technology management focused on innovation.
