Mrs Monique Mulder spent her whole career in the ICT market and has always been in sales and business development in the government and commercial business. During the last 10 years Monique has undertaken several international management roles within CGI. She is vice president government in CGI and chairs the Government Industry Council. The Government Council is responsible for the business growth, innovation, the client engagements and development of the portfolio, which includes IP developments.
She is highly supportive of open innovation as an emerging trend to move ahead towards industrial leadership. Monique has been innovation advisory member to the Dutch Ministry of Economics (2009), has been part of trade missions to India, Spain and Turkey. Monique holds a degree in Mathematics (Technical University Delft) and has passed the bachelor exam of non-exec board members at Nijenrode University.
