The REMPARK project is organising this event to share the results it achieved after three years of work. It will focus on topics such as the self-management of Parkinson's disease through monitoring and the future breakthroughs as a result of ICT technology in disease management. The subject matter of the contract is to collect data regarding the complete standards landscape (including add-ons) in the area of TV sets with added Internet in view of determining whether there are potential risks for fragmentation. It would also cover national and industrial specifications and the cost of adapting to them. It should also provide an overview of the reasons for applying diverging standards and give an outline of research needs that exist in the sector, with a view to overcoming fragmentation challenges.

eGovPoliNet: The Policy Community

The main objective of the eGovPoliNet project was to increase and sustain an international community of policy modeling. The community consisted of experts from academia and practice in the field of ICT solutions for public governance and policy modeling. The project ended in February 2015. It continues its work in special interest groups (SIGs) within relevant existing communities.
