The study should look at mobile broadband offerings of major mobile network operators in all the Member States. The OECD price baskets should be used to monitor prices of bundled and standalone offers for laptops, tablets and smartphones separately.
Interested economic operators can express their interest to participate in the call for tender until 5 September 2014 in writing to CNECT-F4@ec.europa.eu.
