On 11 June 2015 the European Commission visited the Netherlands and took part in a workshop in Den Haag.

The Digital Single Market was discussed with Dutch stakeholders, Robert-Jan Smits, Director General Research and Innovation, Gerard de Graaf, Director Digital Economy and Coordination of DG Connect, and Paul Timmers, Director Sustainable and Secure Society of DG Connect. They gave a detailed presentation of the Digital Single Market package that was recently published by the European Commission.

The meeting took place in Sociƫteit de Witte in Den Haag. For further information on the programme details, refer to the ECP website.

Going Local gives participants the opportunity to have a say in the development of the European Digital Single Market (DSM) strategy and for us to get a better understanding of national and local digital realities. Discuss the digital single market online on Digital4EU.
