Hackathon in Vilnius

Article
The Hackathon is a programming challenge where teams will compete to develop a ICT response to a number of challenges in the context of Horizon 2020.

A hackathon is an event in which people meet to engage in collaborative computer programming. Participants will pitch ideas, form teams, and create new software. The purpose is to give visibility for the ICT challenges under Horizon 2020 and make visible the innovative ideas young people have on them. Your ICT2013 Hackathon project may become a source of innovation and help millions of people. Have a look at the challenges page for possible projects that may be tackled during the hackathon.

This Hackathon was organised by Startup Lithuania, with their own invitation page to the event. The detailed hackathon programme is also available.
