(mandatory field) Indicate the name of the
referee.
Reference's forename:
possibly indicate his/her first name.
Reference's job:
(mandatory field) indicate his/her main functions/job.
Reference's email address:
possibly indicate his/her electronic address.
Reference's phone number:
indicate his/her phone number. Do not forget
to include each time the international prefix and the regional
prefix between brackets, both of them connected by a hyphen.
Example for a number in Brussels: (32-2) 299 11 11.
Reference's address:
(mandatory field) in a free field
of 500 characters, indicate the referee's postal address.
Click then on "Save".
Afterwards, it is possible to add another referee
clicking on the button "Add a referee". To delete
a reference click on
"Delete". To modify it, click on "Modify"
to make the input screen active.
