Pre-information notice for a low value contract – Provision of venue, catering and on-site services for a workshop organized in Brussels, Belgium – reference ECFIN 2013 006/A

We are looking for a service provider able to take care of the organization of this event. The tasks include but are not limited to: providing a conference room, a welcome area and a catering space with catering service (coffee and lunch) for the two days.

DG ECFIN intends to invite potential candidates and send them the tender specifications with full details by end of March or beginning of April 2013.
