Call for Proposals reference 2016 ECFIN 001/R6 - The 'Pericles 2020' Programme

Instructions and rules for drawing up and submitting proposals, covering all relevant information, formalities and documentation:

Text of Commission Decision C(2016) 316: Financing Decision(44 kB)   and its annex the Annual Work Programme(217 kB)

The proposals must include the following standard forms, accompanied where indicated by the required attachments:

1. Grant application form (117 kB)  
2. Legal entity form (unless provided in previous procedures)
3. Financial identification form (unless provided in previous procedures)
4. Simplified presentation(39 kB)   of balance sheets and profit and loss accounts for the last two financial years for which the accounts have been closed (not applicable for public bodies and low value grants ≤60 000 EUR)
5. Estimated budget(292 kB)   for the action
6. Declaration on honour(108 kB)   on exclusion criteria and absence of conflict of interest (not applicable for low value grants ≤60 000 EUR)

Documentation regarding the financial aspects of the grant:

1. Model grant agreement(250 kB)   and its annexes:

• Annex I Description of the action (see page 3 of the grant agreement)

• Annex II General Conditions (see page 9 of the grant agreement)

• Annex III Estimated budget (see point 5 above)

• Annex IV Model technical report (117 kB)  

• Annex V Model financial statement(2 MB)  , declaration on actual costs incurred(181 kB)   and final payment request model(39 kB)  

2. Pericles 2020 Financial guidelines(170 kB)   for applicants + Annexes(462 kB)  

Applications (in paper format: one original and one copy) must be sent to the address specified in point 5 of the text of Call for proposals either:

• no later than 15 April 2016 – for actions to be implemented after 1 September 2016
• no later than 14 September 2016 – for actions to be implemented after 1 January 2017

In addition, applications must also be submittedelectronically to the following e-mail address: ECFIN-PERICLES@ec.europa.eu.

Please note that the date of postmark or date of deposit slip to courier service or date of receipt by Commission when delivery by hand will serve as evidence.
