The results of the first call for proposals under the Creative Europe - Culture Sub-programme for cooperation projects have been published.

The Culture Sub-programme supports both large and small cooperation projects active in the cultural and creative sectors.

Large projects required a minimum of six partners from different participating countries to cooperate for up to four years, with a maximum co-financing of €2 million.

Smaller projects required a minimum of three partners from different participating countries to cooperate for up to four years, with a maximum co-financing of €200,000.

The 2014 selection supports a mix of innovative projects covering music, performing arts, visual arts, heritage projects, projects based on digital technologies, and projects aiming to attract new audiences.

The deadline for the call for proposals was 05/03/2014.

Grants were award to a 58 projects, out of 411 proposals, for a total amount of €40.4 million.
