The report is the result of a cross-sectoral group work across the Ministries of Economy and the Ministries of Culture of Member States. The report includes case studies and recommendations. As separate documents, the report also includes an Executive summary and an Overview of EU policies and studies related to entrepreneurship and innovation in cultural and creative sectors.
This document addresses the fact that institutions and arts organisations (public and private), set up to carry out a public purpose, now find that through the impact of digitisation and internet tools, they are, in many cases, lagging behind.
