As in previous years, we will publish only the Call for tender Title, reference number, Contract Notice and give the e-tendering link to be used to access the tender documents and to submit questions.
Please use the link below, which you can also access directly from the link in the contract notice, Section 1.I , to get access to all tender documents. The documents will be visible and downloadable but the recommended best practice is to 'register' to the call by simply adding your e-mail address and a password. This will allow you to submit questions and you will be informed automatically of any changes that may be published (additional documents, answers to questions, ...).
The revision of the Financial Regulation and the Rules of Application (FR & RAP) in October 2015 has brought some changes to our procedures. Ex-ante publicity is now compulsory for all contracts that we will procure with a value between €15.000 and the Public Procurement Directive threshold (set at € 144.000 from 1 January 2018).
Before we launch a negotiated call for tender procedure, we will publish the draft specifications of the call for tender on our DGs website and allow 2 weeks for any economic operator to express their interest to participate by sending an email with their contact details (Name of the company, contact person, address, telephone and email) to the functional mailbox: firstname.lastname@example.org
The actual procurement procedure is launched by sending the invitation to tender to all economic operators who expressed an interest to participate. The deadline for receipt of tenders will be indicated in the invitation letter, as for any other procedure.
