The subject of this call for tenders is to address methodological issues to foster joint HTA work supporting EU cooperation on HTA beyond May 2021 (when the EU co-funded EUnetHTA Joint Action 3 ends), thus providing relevant input to a potential new legal framework on HTA.
The service is expected to cover the following key areas:
1. Advance the development of HTA methodology to be applied when carrying out joint work (i.e. Joint Clinical Assessments (henceforth “JCA”) and Joint Scientific Consultations (henceforth “JSC”).

The purpose of the contract is to provide services and technical assistance to the Commission for the provision of an integrated assessment, monitoring, evaluation and quality improvement system (AMEQUIS) for the European Reference Networks (ERNs). It will be implemented in coordination with the European Commission and the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC).
The objective of the contract is to facilitate and finance short-term professional stays for health professionals working in a healthcare provider, member or affiliated partner, of an ERN, in another provider of the same ERN. The goal of these visits is to share, exchange and acquire clinical and organisation expertise, best practices and knowledge among the ERNs members and to increase and strength the cooperation inside the Network.
The requested services will support reference laboratory activities and services for AMR in human health and complement existing activities of the ECDC. The support covers a range of training, external quality assessment (EQA) schemes and networking activities to improve public health reference laboratory functioning and through this improve laboratory functioning at local, regional and national levels in all countries participating in the EU health programme – currently EU countries plus Iceland, Norway, Bosnia Herzegovina, Serbia and Moldova.

The purpose of the contract is to provide services to the European Commission to support Member States in building their capacity to reduce alcohol related harm and provide them with the latest knowledge on specific subjects related to alcohol.
More specifically the service will include the preparation of scientific background analyses to be discussed in capacity building workshops, also organised by the contractor, for the following topics: (1) alcohol and workplace, (2) production and consumption of illicit/unrecorded alcohol and (3) application of eHealth tools particularly in coordinated national campaigns to reduce alcohol related harm. In addition, the contractor shall carry out three studies: - a study on the online advertising and marketing in new media, in order to have a better understanding of these practices and on the cross-border implications; - a study mapping consumption patterns of low and zero alcohol beverages, and analysing their impact on reduction of alcohol related harm (either positive or negative) and; - a study to evaluate the impact of warning messages of the existing textual and pictorial warnings and a proposal for warning messages based on a state-of-the-art knowledge on alcohol-related harm.
The subject matter of this contract is to provide technical assistance in competence building to the National Contact Point for eHealth (NCPeH) of the Member States. The successful contractor is expected to prepare, plan and structure the training programmes and materials on activities on the legal framework, deployment, functioning and evolvement of the eHealth Digital Service Infrastructure (eHealth DSI). The training package will be developed for two levels: a Foundation and Practitioner level. The contractor will also execute the trainings, as well as prepare and provide the eLearning materials.
The purpose of this contract is to provide a complete mapping (state-of-play) of the existing pricing policies and fiscal measures aiming to reduce the consumption of alcohol and of the products high in fat, sugar and salt(including non-alcoholic beverages) in the countries participating in the EU Health Programme and three other countries (Australia, Chile and the United States).
