Once the grant agreement is signed, the programme implementation can start. Beneficiaries, must comply with a number of obligations, such as for example reporting, which are defined in the grant agreement. 
Model grant agreements related to current or previous calls for proposals can be consulted on the Funding and Tenders portal

SIMPLE programmes are managed by the competent authorities in each EU Member State, under the supervision of the European Commission.
