Once the grant agreement is signed, the programme implementation can start. Beneficiaries, must comply with a number of obligations, such as for example reporting, which are defined in the grant agreement. MULTI programmes are managed by Chafea, to which project coordinators representing organisations which are partners of each project, submit reports and deliverables.

European Commission and Chafea developed a number of guidance documents and tools, in order to help beneficiaries comply with the legal rules during programme implementation. They concern topics such as the selection of the implementing bodies or the creation of campaign visuals.
Instructions on the use of the signature: "Enjoy! it's from Europe”
'Enjoy, it's from Europe' is the signature distinguishing the campaigns funded under the EU policy for promotion of agricultural products. It must be used by all beneficiaries.
