The Erasmus project 'A model for Quality of trans-national student PLacemeNts in EnTerprises (Q-PlaNet)' was coordinated by the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences. The partnership has developed quality standards for placements and designed criteria for reviewing the effectiveness of enterprises in supporting students. In addition, a series of quality assurance centres across Europe have been set up to assess local enterprises to identify whether they can offer high quality work placements.
