The Forum

The next EU Sport Forum took place in The Hague, The Netherlands on 9 - 10 March, 2016.

Around 350 participants attended, among them leading representatives from international and European sport federations, the Olympic movement, European and national sport umbrella organisations and other sport-related organisations.

Key themes

This year's Forum tackled key issues facing EU sport including how sport can support the integration of migrants and how to ensure good governance for the world of sport.

Participants were updated on debated EU sport policy and preparations were made for the 2016 edition of the European Week of Sport.
