Pacific Northwest National Laboratory for the US Department of State, March 2011, 39 pages
The US Department of Homeland Security’ Science & Technology Directorate tasked the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) to conduct an exploratory study to examine and identify technology and research requirements for enhancing communication, analysis, reporting, and information for combating human trafficking.
As a starting point for this effort, PNNL undertook to identify gaps in information sharing among members of the user community (local, state and regional) and between the user community and federal agencies (at the national level) from the user community perspective.
