Protecting the rights of victims of trafficking for a safe and sustainable return and reintegration process
The conference "Protecting the rights of Victims of Trafficking for a safe and sustainable Return and Reintegration process" will take place on the 21st of January 2016 in Brussels (Hotel Leopold, Elizabeth Meeting room).
This conference is organized in the framework of two EU-funded projects managed by the International Organization for Migration (IOM), CARE and TACT, both aiming at enhancing the assistance delivered to VoTs returning to their country of origin by fostering transnational cooperation and development of common Standard Operating Procedures.
The aim of the conference is to present the lessons learnt from both projects, but also to discuss more broadly ways to improve the assistance to victims of trafficking willing to return to their country of origin.
With the participation of Myria Vassiliadou, EU Anti-trafficking Coordinator.
