Opportunities for increasing revenues for origin-labelled farm products from African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) developing countries will be debated at a Brussels briefing conference, organised by the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation (CTA), in collaboration with DG for Agriculture and Rural Development and DG for Development Cooperation, the ACP Secretariat and Concord.
This will take place
Wednesday, 15 May 2013,
451 Avenue Georges Henri,
The conference will look at questions like 'Can marketing tradition and origin protect the value of agricultural and food products?' and 'What global and regional legal frameworks for origin-branding exist and how effective are they?'
