The Expert Seminar on Youth Entrepreneurship, to take place in Brussels, is scheduled for 25-27 November 2013.
The European Commission and the All China Youth Federation (ACYF) organise a joint EU-China Expert Seminar on Youth Entrepreneurship, involving other stakeholders such as the European Youth Forum, NGOs active in the field of entrepreneurship, national authorities, project promoters and enterprises.
The seminar will provide a platform for about 50 experts from the EU and from China to have a constructive exchange of experiences and good practice examples on youth entrepreneurship and will focus on the following topics:
• increasing information about the potential of entrepreneurship (motivation);
• stimulating the knowledge, competences and skills of young people to become entrepreneurs (skills and competencies);
• providing young people with appropriate help and assistance to overcome administrative obstacles (tools to help);
• building on existing networks or creating of new networks between the two sides and between the different actors (young people, entrepreneurs, youth organisations, national authorities) (value added).
