In preparation of the European Youth Week,a training course, "Bringing Europe closer to young people", and a seminar on the European Voluntary Service (EVS) already took place.

On 5 December the Youth Week will open up with the Best Practice & Projects Awards. The media is expected to attend this event.

A series of other events are planned with the aim to increase awareness of the YOUTH Programme, bring young people together to share their experiences and attract prospective participants. Amongst other events, there will be all over Malta exhibitions with information stands on the YOUTH Programme.

To conclude the youth week, a Music Concert will be organised on 11 December.
