Jury
A jury of young people are selecting the best projects out the nomination received from the National Agencies of the Youth programme and deciding on the winners.
This Jury will decide the winners in each categories.
Selection Criteria
The guidelines for the selection are the following:
- National Agencies (NAs) of the YOUTH programme are asked to organise a selection of the best projects to be nominated for the 5 categories 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
- A maximum of 5 projects can be selected by each Youth National Agency– not more than 1 project per category.
- The selection should preferably be carried out by the selection committee of the Youth National Agencies.
- The selection criteria for each theme should be in line with those usually taken by the National Agencies selection committees with a special focus on high quality of the projects and the potential visibility of the results as a best practice .
- An assessment sheet exists which highlights the following:
- Selected projects should have taken place between 1.1.2003 and 30.06.2005 – the project should be completed and a written final report for the selected projects in question should be available.
- The assessment sheet will be the main source of information for the jury – however NAs can add photos, videos, press articles or any other material illustrating each selected project.
