Outcomes of Consultations

Outcome of the consultation on the Mid Term review of ENPI programming documents
The Mid Term Review for the majority of the ENPI programming documents has now been concluded. New programming documents have been developed for the period 2011-13. The formal Commission decision is scheduled for the first quarter of 2010. Once the programming documents have been adopted, they will be published on the ENP-website.
A description of the process of consultation of Civil Society Organisation during the Mid Term Review and its outcome can be found in the following note: 091211_CSO_consultation_on_MTR_ENPI_Programming_Documents.pdf .
It should be noted that the end of the MTR process does not mark the end of the consultations with Civil Society. The ENPI and its programming documents, foresees that relevant stakeholders (including Civil Society Organisations) will be consulted on the design of the measures to be implemented under the programmes and will, where relevant, be involved in the monitoring process.
