Objective of Agreement To take account of the accession of Bulgaria and Romania to the EU.
Remarks Pursuant to Article 6(2) of the 2005 Act of Accession, the accession of the new Parties to the Euro-Mediterranean Agreement is to be agreed by the conclusion of a Protocol to that Agreement. The Protocol applies provisionally as of 1/1/2007. The Protocol and the Annexes thereto shall form an integral part of the Euro-Mediterranean Agreement. The publication of this decision is annulled.
